Insurance: All orders placed with Delavar Jewelers are shipped fully insured. Customers are not liable for the value of the package until it is delivered.

For your protection, Delavar Jewelers always:

Requires an adult signature upon delivery.
Insures and registers all items for their full purchase value.
Uses UPS (or FedEx International) to ensure safe delivery of your order.
Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address. Delavar Jewelers does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping:
Delavar Jewelers is proud to offer shipping to many international destinations around the world. However, due to customs restrictions and/or insurance restrictions, we cannot ship our fine diamond jewelry to all countries. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately. Approved International orders enjoy the same product selection and 14-Day Returns Policy.

Fedex International Priority shipping is a flat rate of $75.00 to Canada and $95.00 to the rest of the world. We only accept PayPal payments for international orders, outside of Canada and the United States. Please note that Delavar Jewelers does not accept foreign credit cards (issued outside of the United States and Canada). The applicable international shipping fee will be automatically added to the invoice. 

Duties and Taxes: It is important to note that the customer is responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance, where applicable. Customs fees, taxes and /or duties are assessed on International Orders (shipped outside of the United States) and are dependent on the destination country. Delavar Jewelers has no control over customs fees and therefore cannot provide an estimate of their cost. Furthermore, since customs policies vary from country to country, it is best that you contact your country's customs office in order to be fully informed.
