Shipping
How do you ship?
Orders are shipped via complimentary UPS 2nd Day Air with an adult signature required for delivery.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes, UPS Next Day Air is available at checkout for $35. UPS usually delivers Next Day shipments before noon, weekdays only, and an adult signature is required for delivery. No UPS delivery on weekends or Holidays. We ship overnight orders within one business of payment confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently don’t ship our products internationally. However, if you’re located in UK, Canada or Australia and are interested in making a purchase, please contact us for information
Can I track my order online?
Yes. A shipping notification with UPS tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. Please ensure an adult will be available at the delivery address to sign for the shipment.
Can I ship my order to a gift address?
To ensure our value shipments are delivered to the authorized buyer, we ship only to the shipping address provided to us on the payment confirmation. If you’d like us to ship to a gift, work, or an alternate address, please contact your bank/credit card company to add and authorize a new shipping address before completing payment. Changes can’t be made to the shipping address after payment has processed.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. We partner with Parcel Pro to offer secure, insured shipping service via UPS, and our shipments are fully insured until delivered to the shipping address with an adult signature obtained.
Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO Box address?
No, UPS requires a physical street address to delivery to and doesn’t accept shipments addressed to any form of PO Boxes.
What happens if I miss my UPS delivery?
Don’t worry, UPS will make up to 3 attempts to obtain a signature at the delivery address. If UPS misses you all 3 times, or if you know that no one will be available to sign for your shipment, then we offer the option of ‘pick up in person’ at your local UPS Customer Center. A signature and government-issued photo I.D. is required for shipment pick up and is restricted to the named addressee only. For more information, or to arrange for this option, contact us here.
Can I make delivery changes using UPS My Choice?
For security reasons, shipments are restricted and no changes to delivery can be made through UPS My Choice or by UPS Representatives.
If you wish to ship to a work, gift, or an alternate address, please contact your bank/credit card company to add and authorize a new shipping address before completing payment.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation, Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and Holidays. Orders confirmed before 6pm PT will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders confirmed after 6pm PT will ship be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Can I pick up my order?
No, we’re not open to the public, and all orders are shipped directly from our facility. To keep our prices as low to manufacture cost as possible, we don’t have the overhead expense of a showroom or storefront.

Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal accepts and securely processes all major credit and bank cards. PayPal balance can also be used for payment. E-checks may require up to 14 business days processing period, which significantly delays shipping.
Is it safe to order jewelry online?
Yes, it is safe to order on Deejayjewelers.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. Your information is protected end to end, and payments are securely processed through PayPal. For shipping, we utilize Parcel Pro, an industry leader in delivering security for high value shipments.
Do you have a store or showroom I can visit?
No, we’re not open to the public, and all orders are shipped directly from our facility. To keep our prices as low to manufacture cost as possible, we don’t have the overhead expense of a showroom or storefront.
Do you Collect Sales Tax?
Presently we collect 9.5% Sales Tax on orders within the State of California. If you’re located in California, sales tax will automatically be added to your invoice at checkout.
What is your Return Policy?
Refunds
Returns are received and processed on weekdays and entered into our system within 24 business hours. After the return item passes inspection by our Quality Assurance team, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know a refund has been initiated. See Terms and Conditions of return policy to check if your return qualifies for refund. We credit refunds back to the original source of payment and to the original purchaser only. Full processing of the refund by your own financial institution may take two to eight business days, depending on their Terms of Agreement with you. If you have not received the refund within a reasonable period, feel free to contact us.
Do you offer financing?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us and we’ll do the best we can to accommodate your request. Orders that have already shipped can’t be changed or canceled. Contact us here
Why are your prices lower than other jewelers?
We’re a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business and you’re buying directly from the factory where most of our jewelry is manufactured. We don’t follow the traditional retail sales chain of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, which increases prices for consumers. We eliminate the profit-making middlemen to offer you an outstanding value on factory direct, heirloom-quality diamond jewelry. We price our merchandise solely based on the market cost of gold and diamonds at the time of manufacturing, not retail percentage markups. Prices may be cheap, but our jewelry certainly is not.
Do you offer sizing, custom orders, or engraving?
Custom Sizing: We want you to be sure you absolutely love your new jewelry before we make any changes to it. Because most of our jewelry is handmade, if you need longer or shorter, bigger or smaller, this is how we do it:
First, we’ll ship the stock merchandise to you in the advertised length/size and, after you approve the quality and workmanship, you ship it back for personalized sizing. We provide shipping labels for this service, and our factory has a quick turnaround. Shipping and factory labor are complimentary services, and we only charge for the cost of additional gold and diamonds, as/when applicable. For more information, contact us
Custom Orders and Engraving: Currently, we don’t accept custom orders or offer engraving service.
Do you provide an Appraisal?
Yes, all purchases from DeeJay Jewelers include an Appraisal for insurance purposes. The Appraisal includes the diamond and gold details, weight and measurements of the item and the approximate retail replacement value, calculated on current market data.
If you return your order, the Appraisal must be returned with the shipment.
If the Appraisal is missing from the return shipment, the return may be refused or a charge of $50 assessed and deducted from the refund amount
Do you offer a Warranty?
Limited Warranty is provided in the informational brochure included in your shipment.

Are your diamonds real?
Yes. DeeJay Jewelers is committed to sourcing and using only 100% natural, earth-mined diamonds. We never use lab-grown, man-mined or created diamonds in any of our products. Our diamonds are never enhanced or treated in any way.

Do you use ethically sourced materials?
Conflict-Free Diamonds
DeeJay Jewelers, along with the global diamond industry, has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds We support the worldwide measures implemented to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds, including the Kimberley process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market. We source and purchase only conflict-free diamonds which, via the Kimberly process, are confirmed to be transparently mined and do not support wars, uncivil organizations, or human rights abuse.
Ethical Metals
DeeJay Jewelers is committed to using ethically sourced and responsibly mined gold and metals. We strive to ensure that our gold and metal suppliers meet the highest human rights, social, and environmental benchmarks.
How should I store my diamond jewelry?
DeeJay Jewelers provides a protective gift box with purchase, which we recommend using to store your fine diamond jewelry between wearings. Diamonds and other gemstones can easily damage each other and scratch precious metals if incorrectly stored, so avoid stacking rings and bracelets. Use tissue or jewelry pouches to individually wrap, protect and store your precious jewelry pieces. Extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics, and household chemicals may also damage jewelry. A little TLC will go a long way in keeping your diamond jewelry looking gorgeous for generations to come.
How do I clean my diamond jewelry?
We’ve included cleaning tips to keep your diamonds sparkling in the Jewelry Care brochure in your shipment. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, as they can loosen stones.
A professional inspection and cleaning is recommended as frequently as once a year, depending on how often your wear your jewelry. DeeJay Jewelers professional servicing includes checking and tightening all prongs as needed, checking and tightening clasps and safety latches as needed, deep cleaning of diamonds and refinishing of gold as needed. Professional Jewelry Repairs
We offer repairs and servicing at competitive and fair cost for (a) jewelry requiring repair service that is not covered by Warranty, or (b) jewelry requiring repair service after Warranty expired.
Insurance for Fine Jewelry
There are many advertised options for jewelry coverage in the market today, such as extended warranty contracts and insurance specifically for fine jewelry. Our Limited Warranty covers against manufacture defects in materials and workmanship, and you may wish to consider additional coverage to protect your investment against incidents not covered by our warranty.
Homeowner policies may offer some coverage for personal jewelry, and conditions and levels of coverage vary from one provider and policy to another. We recommend contacting your insurance agent or insurer for advice or information regarding fine jewelry insurance.
